Looks like you have a faulty LED on your amplifier or amplifier to receive insufficient airflow. The submarines are not important as long as it is a good connection.
Now it appears that you have your cable in May to handle a too low ohm load for your amplifier. If you have connected in parallel, is clocked at 1 ohm. may be too low for the amp.
