Both my cars were involved in a hit and run. I have full coverage, will my insurance pay? - buy insurance after house fire
The day after Thanksgiving, 08, both of my cars were on the road next to the other, and someone had my car in my new small car and the car was parked in front and rear car was damaged. The first car had been corrected (I paid $ 500 for my deductible) and now the back of my car told me that insurance does not pay, if they do not know the driver. I have full coverage, if coverage does not extend to this type of accident it is? My answer is my claims adjuster was (I do not know to whom the invoice, if not we can pay). Since my car confiscated, and now I have my car, I have my car payment. and a bill of $ 250 to rent a car. Are they lying to me? Someone please help.
